What do you do?

We are available to perform, teach, and consult on circus & creative movement in the Boston area, as well as nationally and internationally.

DFC’s Co-founders Marci & Marisa, along with Ringmaster J.T., were featured performers with Granite State Circus, the first woman-founded and run tented circus in the U.S.  We are now back to booking our popular professional performers’ acts & shows, offering visiting artist workshops and consultations, and supporting our youth performance troupe. Diamond Family Circus is approved for fee support through the MassHousing TAP Resident Programs  & New England States Touring (NEST) artist grants, increasing accessibility to high quality programming for public housing & non-profit organizations.

Sampling of what’s available from Diamond Family Circus for a range of indoor and outdoor settings, along with our popular, community-building circus learning workshops:

DFC provides movement consultation for theater and film

Did you know we also provide movement coaching, aerial consultation, and intimacy choreography for theater companies, films, and other arts programs?

For example, Marci was recently the Movement Director for Moonbox Production’s “Lost at Sea” rep production of Twelfth Night and Shipwrecked! at the Boston Center for the Arts, and Movement and Intimacy Director at Tufts University (Much Ado About Nothing, Jihad Jones and The Kalashnikov Babes, We’re Here) and Merrimack College (The Moors). Marisa www.marisadiamond.com served as choreographer for the recent circus-themed “Queens and Clowns” production in Michigan, and our Ringmaster J.T. Turner www.jtturner.org is also a professional fight choreographer for theater and film.

Please contact us to discuss services and rates.

Yoga pizza party with Kate McKinnon shows circus is alive and well!

Circus is alive and well in the U.S., and one sign is that more DFC alums than ever have been performing circus arts in the ring and on stage in the past year (e.g., CirqueUs, Pippin national tour, Circus Harmony, Circus Smirkus, among others), and another is that circus arts are being featured more and more in major motion picture productions and commercials. In case you missed it, here is the hilariously generous Kate McKinnon trying to share her pizza with a contorting Marci Diamond : https://www.ispot.tv/ad/A7yr/mastercard-masterpass-yoga
