Birthday Parties!

Circus birthday parties: Diamond Family Circus now offers entertainment for children’s parties in eastern MA, with creative performance and movement activities for kids. Today, a 5 year old birthday girl led her 17 human “tiger, elephant, dog, and  kangaroo” guests safely through the hoop following Marisa’s hooping demo, and  the youngsters were left laughing and waving balloon flowers, giraffes, and more, created in each of their favorite colors. Sound like fun? Contact us for your child’s party today!

…welcome 2011!

The Diamond Sisters, Marci and Gina, wowed the crowd with their signature duo trap act, as the finale to a fantastic show of the Boston Circus Guild’s “Bohemian Bacchanalia” at Club Oberon on Jan. 6. (See Photos) What a combo of great crowd, colleagues, and crew!

The Diamond Sisters and Diamond Family Circus are working on a strong line-up of fundraising events for non-profit causes close to our hearts in the coming months. We still have some dates available for bookings, and welcome inquiries.

…wrapping up 2010

As we moved our performances indoors this winter, most have been private events…sorry, public! I especially enjoyed facilitating– together with the wonderful Teresa Kochis- a workshop on circus arts in healing and community building, for counselors and educators from all over New England. And of course, The Diamond Sisters’ holiday party performances this December were a blast; thank you to our fabulous hosts and helpers (beautiful elves, you know who you are). We will try to post some open-to-the-public events soon. In the meantime, we wanted to share our gratitude for all of you who inspire us here at Diamond Family Circus. Thank you for exchanging the gifts of joy and awe with us through performances, workshops, and training sessions throughout the year. What do you hope for in 2011?
